Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are perishable and prepared fresh to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, dislike the taste, or order the wrong item by mistake. Order Mistakes and Damaged Items. If we make a mistake on your order or if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly make it right. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your food. Missing or Wrong Items: We will provide an immediate remake or issue a full refund for the item.· Quality Issues: You must provide photo proof of the product defect before a partial or full refund is approved. Catering and Custom Orders Large custom or catering orders require dedicated time and specialized ingredients that cannot be reused. Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your fulfillment date. Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are not eligible for any refund. Third-Party Delivery Apps For orders placed through external platforms (like DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub), refunds must be processed directly through that platform's customer support system. We cannot issue direct cash or credit refunds for third-party transactions.
